3.0   METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY FCR® IN OUR SHOPPING CART SYSTEM
        DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

A.  We currently accept these 4 payment methods ( Sections 3.1 - 3.4 below)

Method #1.  Credit/Debit Cards/ Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® & American Express®

B. Payment Methods we do not accept

C.O.D., ATM cards, cards without Visa / MC logo or these foreign cards: Solo, Switch, Maestro

C. AVS & CVV2 Vefication System

All card payments are verified through Address Verification System® ( AVS ) and CVV2 before shipping. shipped.
No order will be shipped if name/address/phone/email information is not verifiable.
This security procedure guards against unauthorized use of your card and shipment to an address other than yours.

D. When will my card or bank account ( eCheck® ) be charged?

In the checkout, when you finish your order your card is authorized for the amount of your order, then within 0-24 hrs. the charges will appear on your card. For eCheck® funds are held immediately and transfered to FCR®

E. Why does FCR® Charge at the time of Purchase?

FCR® charges your card at the time of checkout, as many other online do, as it is a committment to buy which allows us, as a merchant, to start the processing and shipping of your order. See our next section below this one, 'Why our 'Advance Payment' System Benefits our Customers' for an understanding why.

Our payment system is different than the 'Authorize-Future Bill' system in use by some merchants that take your credit/debit card number, expiration and CVV2 numbers and hold them in their system and later run the capture of funds on the day of shipping. It is common knowledge in the credit card industry that a large number of cases these charges are declined due to insufficent credit at the time of shipping. This creates big problems for merchants that use this system, in that they have processed, purchased and "staged" the product for shipping only to have to undo it or spend time contacting the customer for alternate forms of payment, which in some cases funds are no longer available.

This 'Authorize-Future Bill' system also is less secure to you as a customer in that your card number is in a company's computer system for many days, weeks or months, and unless their system has high security, your card info can be viewed by employees who manually authorize the card when ready to ship; of course all companies their best to hire or contract "honest" employees, but this is a potential open door to credit card identity theft that FCR® eliminates by not doing it this way.

In the worst case scenario in this 'Authorize-Future Bill' system, the company with your credit card number on file is broken into electronically and your number and thousands are downloaded in just minutes by a "hostile" hacker and passed into the illegal black market of credit card numbers and used generally within minutes or hours up to the credit limit on every downloaded card stolen.

F. 'Advance Payment' System Benefits to our Customers

The 'advance payment' system we use, authorizes first then charges the card within 0-24 hours of the order being completed in checkout.
This 'advance payment' system is being increasingly used by many major online companies as it is safer..
Due to the fact that your card is charged at the point of sale (online), just like in a department store, your card number is deleted from the final page of the checkout immediately after it is authorized, thus providing you great security against identity/card number theft as it is not visible to view by hackers.

'Advance payment' to FCR® allows our company to make a firm comittment to our product supplier network by giving us the funds to pay them in advance for the manufacture, publication and duplication of the product for your order. Thus we are able to pay our suppliers in advance, which gives them the operating capital to run smoothly and efficently, pay their own supplier and employees and most important to deliver product timely.
After we receive the product into our warehouse we "stage" it and ship to you according to the shipping method you selected, with an automatic Shipping Confirmation email sent to you. The 'advance payment' system really does benefit both you as the customer and us as the merchant once you understand it.

We appreciate your business - please relax as we process/ship your order, especially if it takes a bit longer than normal especially for ministry audio/video product.

Use Visa On our Secure uSight® System or via PayPal®.  Use MasterCard On our Secure uSight® System or via PayPal®.  Use Discover On our Secure uSight® System or via PayPal®.  Use American Express On our Secure uSight® System or via PayPal®.

First place an product in our shopping cart

Use the 'View Cart / Checkout' button to go to page #1 the Customer Name / Address Information, then go to page #2 Shipping Method, then proceed to page #3 Order Summary on this page Choose Method #1 for all Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® & American Express® card purchases. On Payment page 4 click the submit button after you enter your card details on Authorize.Net® Secure Credit Card Processing Site. Upon card approval (usally 5-30 seconds) you are automatically returned to Faith Centered Resources receipt page to print out, or save to file a copy of your order.

Authorize.Net® sends you a copy of the charges debited to your account and then electronically notifies FCR® of your payment - we then process your order to be shipped within the time frame and shipping method you selected. Should you need your order quicker, please read Section 2.1-2.5 SHIPPING.

3.2   METHOD #2  PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: PERSONAL, SAVINGS & BUSINESS CHECK - ECHECK®
        U.S.A. Orders Only

eCheck - Pay by Personal Check & business check or Savings account securely Authorize.Net!

First place an product in our shopping cart

Use the 'View Cart / Checkout' button to go to page #1 the Customer Name / Address Information, then go to page #2 Shipping Method, then proceed to page #3 Order Summary on this page choose Payment Method #2 Pay by eCheck® . On the Payment page supply the checking account information. Click submit and your done!

FCR® holds your order until funds clear your account (normally 3-7 days). When FCR® receives verification - your order is processed/shipped in the time frame you selected.

3.3   METHOD #3  PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: PAYPAL®
        U.S.A, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & Norway

Pay me securely with any major credit card through PayPal! Click this PayPal® Verified image to be guided thru free signup!


PayPal® authorized members can use credit card or approved checking account. Non PayPal® members can use this as an alternate secure site to pay for their orders should Payment Method #1 be offline.

Use the 'View Cart / Checkout' button to go to page #1 the Customer Name / Address Information, then go to page #2 Shipping Method, then proceed to page #3 Order Summary on this page Choose Method #3 PayPal® to complete the transaction on PayPal®. Upon completion of your payment click the "return to merchant" button on PayPal® to return to FCR® to print out receipt of order. We are then automatically notified of your PayPal® payment and we will process your order to be shipped within the processing/shipping time frame you selected.

Use the 'View Cart / Checkout' button to go to page #1 the Customer Name / Address Information, then go to page #2 Shipping Method, then proceed to page #3 Order Summary on this page From the drop-down menu Choose  the appropriate method . Click the 'continue' button - your order will be transmitted to us. The next page is an order summary for you to save to file or print out your order for your personal records with our contact and address information.

When FCR® receives your payment through the mail - we then will process your order to be shipped within the time frame and shipping method you selected.

Important: FCR® needs to receive payment within 15 days of the date you place your order ( please allow 3-10 days for mail to reach us ). Thank you in advance.

Foreign customers. FCR® accepts money orders or bank demand drafts in U.S. funds. Just follow the above steps and send your payment.

3.5   CREDIT / DEBIT CARD & ECHECK® SECURITY

Payments to FCR® are transacted over our secure Authorize.Net® & PayPal® financial payment gateways with the latest encryption technology to protect you.
Encryption of your credit card number and expiration date via our secure server is actually safer than doing business by telephone or fax according to credit card security experts.

3.6   SALES TAX

Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped to addresses within Arizona which is automatically calculated and added at checkout.
