1.1 PRICES & PRICE CORRECTIONS

Prices listed in the shopping cart are the current prices you will pay for each item. However, please understand that occassionally incorrect prices are displayed for a particular product due to human error on our end entering the pricing codes in to our database, unannounced price changes from the ministry, publisher or distributor to us that we obtain the product from.

FCR® reserves the right to correct prices without notice, which is a standardized policy other online merchants have also.

In the event of a price correction increase, we email you a revised order with the change and bill your form of payment. In the quest to be fair and accurate with all our pricing, we thank you for understanding that the purpose of price corrections (increases) are never to pass on artifically changed prices.




1.2 PRICE GUARANTEE - PRICE MATCHING

Due to the nature of the book/audio/video/Bible selling market and the wide-range of pricing by online retailers on one-time promotions on new titles, overstocked items discounts, out-of-print title mark downs, blemished or returned item clearances FCR® does not match or give price guarantees, such as the ones that some companies have stating polcies such as "we will match prices" or "find it cheaper and we will give your the difference back".

Instead of come ons or gimmicks it our simple goal to offer the highest quality products at “fair” prices combined with our unique service of "one stop shopping".




1.3 DISCOUNTS TO CHURCHES OR MINISTRIES

An additional discount to non-profit agencies such as churches and ministries is available on FCR® wide range of products (many that are discounted or at good prices already). Discounts are available after the first order with FCR® which establishes an account and then every order thereafter is discounted.

Discounts are as follows: 0% for under $100, 10% for $100-$499, 12.5% - $500.00-$999, 15% - $1000-$2000. Use the shopping cart system to 'buy' your products and on page 3, the checkout payment page, choose Option #4 Commerical Account and finish order. We will contact you by phone to take payment.

For all orders under $1000.00 please enter items thru our shopping cart system. On the Name/Address page in the checkout fill in the Company name box with your ministry/church name and non-profit tax number. Pay for the order with credit card, PayPal® or select Commerical Purchase Order if you will be paying by check (For orders in excess of $1000.00 we require certified bank checks).

When we receive the order you will be telephoned by Customer Service to confirm order details and non-profit status. The discount will be credited back to your credit card or PayPal® account (discount applies to product only) within 72 hours. For payment by cashier's check the discount will be subtracted from the total order amount and that amount you will remit. Your order will then be processed/shipped within the time frame you selected.

At present we can only offer these discounts to organizations in the United States.




1.4 NEW PRODUCTS

FCR® is continuously adding new product, so we urge you to visit often as new releases are added. Occasionally items are discontinued by our suppliers so please don’t be upset if a product drops from our offerings.




1.5 OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Generally, all items we offer are in stock and are shipped from our headquarters in Arizona or one of our four partner warehouses located in each geographic region of the U.S..

When an item(s) is on back-order from one of our suppliers, it will not hold up the remainder of your order which will ship in the time frame you originally selected.

When the backordered item(s) is in, it is shipped within 24-72 hours at no additional charge. Please understand that any back-ordered item(s) that have already shipped from us to you cannot be cancelled.




1.6 SPECIAL ORDERS

We have a limited ability to special order products for our customers on a case by case basis. Please email us with your request(s) at: info@faithcenteredresources.com. When we can comply, your products requested are put in a special place at the bottom of the page labeled: Special Order Products. In this mini-shopping cart you can purchase the item and go directly to the checkout area to pay for it.
