and not a catalog order company that maintains a telephone order line.

It is easy to contact us through our email system for general information, product inquires,
stock availabilty or to receive a telephone call from us (give us a daytime number please)

    Order Confirmation Invoice and Shipping Invoice if shipped.

    Should you reach the answer system, calls are returned within 0-72 hrs,
    Tues-Fri (excluding weekends, holidays)
    Please speak slowly and state the nature of your call.

    Important: If you do not state the nature of your call your call may not be returned

    sometimes our customers have found the notification there! Or has your email address changed?

    Please allow an extra 3 - 7 days transit time to allow for postal variations in delivery times
    based on the maximum time shown on the Order Confirmation
    email you received from us when made your purchase.

    If no Shipping Confirmation received use our "My Account" login
    located in the blue side menu or in the menu links at the bottom of every page.
